To help us achieve this, we welcome your feedback \u2013 whether it\u2019s sharing what we\u2019re doing well or letting us know when something hasn\u2019t gone right. If you do need to raise a concern, our aim is to resolve it as quickly and as fairly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can expect to be treated with courtesy, respect and fairness at all times, and we kindly ask that the same courtesy, respect and fairness is reciprocated when handling your complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not tolerate threatening, abusive or unreasonable behaviour. In the rare event that this occurs, we reserve the right to end communication immediately<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our complaints procedure is designed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure consistency and professionalism in the way all complaints are managed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and improve customer satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use feedback constructively to shape and improve our services.<br>Who this policy applies to:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any partner school or third-party partner receiving a service from Sound Start Music<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A parent, legal guardian or carer raising a concern on a child\u2019s behalf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anyone who believes they have been unfairly refused a service.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to make a complaint<br>We aim to resolve most concerns quickly and informally.
